Why is shipping so high?
Our products are printed and shipped by different Printify partners (print providers) depending on availability and your location. When an order includes items from multiple providers or different product types, each item may ship separately — which means separate shipping charges apply instead of a combined rate. Orders with similar items from the same provider often qualify for discounted additional-item shipping. We appreciate your understanding and always aim to keep costs as reasonable as possible!
What is the return policy?
Thank you for shopping GeoSwag.shop! We want you to love your purchase. Because our products are made-to-order and custom-printed on demand through our fulfillment partner Printify, we have a limited return and refund policy to keep things fair for everyone.
Returns & Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Wrong size, color, or variant selected
- Incorrect address provided at checkout
- Simply not liking the item or design
All sales are final except in cases of proven quality issues (see below). This is because each item is uniquely produced just for you once your order is placed, no pre-made stock exists.
Quality Issues (Damaged, Defective, or Manufacturing Errors)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a clear manufacturing/printing error (e.g., misprinted design, poor print quality, or significant production flaw), we're here to help!
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery (include your order number and clear photos showing the issue).
- No need to ship the item back, we handle claims digitally.
- Eligible issues may qualify for:
- -A free reprint/replacement (sent at no extra cost), or
- -A full refund (processed to your original payment method or store credit, depending on the situation).
We do not cover normal wear and tear, minor imperfections that don't affect usability, or issues caused after delivery (e.g., misuse or accidental damage).
How to Submit a Claim

- Provide your order number.
- Attach clear photos (or video if helpful) of the issue.
- We'll review and respond 10 business days.
If approved, we'll coordinate the resolution directly (often through Printify's support process).
Refunds
- Refunds for approved quality issues are issued promptly once confirmed.
- Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the entire order qualifies due to a fulfillment error.
- If a reprint is chosen instead, no refund is issued.
Exceptions & Notes
- Personalized/custom items may have stricter limitations due to their one-of-a-kind nature.
- We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by carrier services (e.g., lost packages, though we can assist with claims if reported timely).

How long does it take for my order to be produced and shipped?
Our t-shirts are made-to-order, so production usually takes 2–7 business days (most often 2–5 days) depending on the provider and design complexity. Once printed, shipping takes 3–10 business days within the US (longer internationally). You'll get a tracking number via email when it ships. Rush options aren't available, but we aim for fast turnaround!
What are the shipping times and costs?
Shipping times vary by destination:
- US: 3–7 business days after production
- Europe/Canada: 5–12 business days
- Rest of world: 7–20 business days
Costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method (standard is default). We use reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, or DHL. International orders may face customs delays or fees (not included in our rates).
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide through Printify's global network of print providers. Delivery times and costs vary by country—check the shipping estimator at checkout. Note: Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more through Shopify Payments. All transactions are secure.
Do you offer discounts, bulk orders, or wholesale?
We run occasional promotions—sign up for our newsletter for deals! For bulk/custom orders (10+ items), email us for a quote. We can handle larger runs with potential discounts.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to activate after shipping. If it's been longer or shows no movement, let us know your order number—we'll check with the carrier.
